Q. How do I order more / less items than are on offer?

A. Email sales@easttowest.eu or call us on 00 44 (0)161 798 9145 and we’ll take your order and readjust your postage accordingly.

Q. How do you calculate my postage?

A. We take the actual cost of Royal Mail postage and add approximately 50 pence for the envelope. We don’t load excessive postal charges.

Q. What are your freight and postal charges for orders outside the UK?

A. This will depend on the amount / weight of your order. We don’t load our postal and freight charges. Email sales@easttowest.eu or call us on 00 44 (0)161 798 9145.

Q. Can I really have any design I choose turned into table confetti?

A. The sky’s the limit! Get in touch with us to discuss your ideas for personalised table confetti.
Minimum order quantities apply.

Q. Do you have any other colours or shapes in the sprinkles?

A. Not just yet, but we’re looking at pale (Masonic) blue for the future. If there’s enough demand we’ll introduce new colours.

Q. I don’t like using PayPal, how else can I order?

A. Just email sales@easttowest.eu or call us on 00 44 (0)161 798 9145 and arrange to pay over the phone or to send us a cheque (please note that we’ll wait for your cheque to clear prior to posting your order).
